Christmas. It's the only holiday that my family will drop everything for, and it's nice to have that commonality back what with all of us children being so old and grown up... |

I hate Thanksgiving. I find big family get-together's nauseating and try to find every excuse to get out of them as early as possible. I was really disappointed to find I wasn't working Thanksgiving last year. Yes, I'm a people person.
Halloween was cool when I was under the age of 12.
Easter too.
I don't give a fuck about New Year's cause I don't drink.
4th of July is whatever.
Christmas is cool though.

I like any holiday really just because they're significant days and I love significant days!!
Halloween is still fun because I can dress in anything I want to and have an excuse for it. Our church puts on a big festival each year that is super fun!
And the Easter bunny still gives me gifts so... | | |

I hate Christmas, it's annoying...
If you hate shopping, you would hate it even more during Christmas, that music claws down into your mind that makes you cringe. It's even more annoying here. They have some lottery where they have little kids yelling out lottery numbers. You think kids with American accents are annoying? Wait until you hear one with a Spanish accent. It sounds like a high-pitched rooster voice yelling in your ear with a speakerphone. Every time there is a winning number, the voice becomes even more annoying. That and the cold weather. I can't stand the cold.

I love Thanksgiving. My favorite holiday.
Football, beer, turkey, friends and family.
Hanukkah isn't huge for me, it's really nothing but presents in the mail in the form of cash... so... New Years is fun, but definitely not a get-together happy holiday time.

Christmas edges out Halloween for me.
Especially if it happens to snow leading up to Christmas. Score multiplier.
I love Christmas music, movies, all of the sappy cliche shit. And I really like decorating a big ass tree. | |
