Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age
Destiny 2
South Park: The Fractured But Whole

Of the poll choices, not as much as you'd think. There's a lot on here that I've always INTENDED to play, but never got to (Cuphead, For Honor, the Middle Earth series and Little Nightmares specifically). But here goes:

Breath of the Wild - I... somehow have STILL never beat this! I dunno, I'm just not the biggest Zelda fan. I enjoy the games enough for what they are, but I don't get as engrossed in them as most do. OoT, which is considered a masterpiece, was very fun but I never even beat that one! Gave up at Water Temple and never looked back. Breath of the Wild certainly is a fun game to play but I get distracted from it pretty quick and have yet to devote a huge amount of time to it. Which I know is criminal.

Fortnite - ofc. Played this with Curtis and Boc when it first released and then promptly stopped. Never was interested in playing it again, but in more recent times my awful ex and her kids were super into it when I lived with her so I dabbled with it a bit with them because I couldn't really play anything else (:

Super Mario Odyssey - Very, very fun. I hadn't played a 3D Mario game since Mario 64 so this was definitely something new for me. And it definitely differed from the standard Mario format which was a nice breath of fresh air.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy - I was such a big Uncharted fan around this time so getting this game was a no brainer. It was... ok! I never cared for Chloe's character so playing as her wasn't super exciting for me.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - Ofc, classic

Mass Effect: Andromeda - The first entry in KC's Backlog thread! Didn't like it at all when I first played. After coming back to it much later, I actually enjoyed it a lot. The game was unstable as fuck and definitely wasn't polished, nor did it hold a candle to the main series. But I liked it for what it was.

Friday the 13th: The Game - RIP :( My favorite thread in this subforum and some very cherished memories with FE were had in this game. Cheap plug with the complete playlist of videos posted in that thread throughout it's activity:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLC78CNeUrpObKtMqXheFhMInzZAvOL5BT . Very sad that it's gone, I feel like we'd still be playing this regularly today if it hadn't died.

Sonic Mania - I really only got it to dick around with Sonic once in awhile, which is the first video game I ever played so I have a lot of nostalgia with it. Never seriously put time into it though.

Honorables:

South Park: The Fractured But Whole - Played both this and Stick of Truth back-to-back. Great games and tons of fan service.

Life is Strange: Before The Storm - I actually do not remember much about this one, but I don't have any negative memories of this series whatsoever. Still need to play 3, I dunno why I haven't yet.

amazing
- Friday the 13th: The Game: easily one of the best multiplayer experiences ever. I miss it :(

- What Remains of Edith Finch: probably the best "walking simulator" I've played to date. The storytelling is so creative and I didn't want it to end

great
- Night in the Woods: GREAT little game! Don't listen to the Vern's of the world! The music is probably my favorite part and is still stuck in my head. Cute graphics and a pretty good story too

- LiS:BtS: honestly I might rank this one on par with the first one? In any case the series took a nosedive after this, so this and 1 remain the only great ones

good
- Cuphead: honestly, the art design is possibly my favorite of any game EVER. Unfortunately I'm a wuss when it comes to difficulty and this game pissed me off too much to finish

meh
- Fortnite: I played a bit and liked it enough before everyone started getting sweaty and building skyscrapers in 0.2s. Then it wasn't so fun! Never really got into any battle royale tbh

started playing/didn't get into
Horizon Zero Dawn
Super Mario Odyssey
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
Middle-earth: Shadow of War
Prey
Divinity: Original Sin II (mostly cuz I was trying to do multiplayer and it was annoying getting everyone to play at the same time, which is why I went singleplayer for BG3 (: )

my GOTY which isn't up there though would be Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. That absolutely blew me away, the psychosis portrayal was so effective and layered. The gameplay/puzzles are eh but if a game's got a story and conceit THAT good then that doesn't even matter to me. I was pumped to see they're coming out with a sequel even though the original is gonna be tough to top with how fresh/unexpected it was

F13 and Fortnite - Two of my most played games ever. Maybe my top two most played ever tbh? F13 is much better but Fortnite is the game my friends always turn to so it’s been a constant for us over the years

aaaand the list ends there, haven’t played any of the others but I did start Little Nightmares just last week

Don't have a ton played from the poll. I have played:

What Remains of Edith Finch
- Fantastic short game, by far the best of the walking sims imo. I still think about it a lot, a lot of lines and moments really stuck with me. Probably in my top 10 games which is impressive for something so short
Friday the 13th: The Game - The Best, i miss it so much

Wanna play:
Cuphead
Little Nightmares

and honorable mentions:
played:
Life Is Strange: Before The Storm - p good! I enjoyed it, not as memorable as the original game for me but i like it

Wanna play:
Night in the Woods - I keep meaning to play! I have it and I've started it before, but I wasn't in sync with the Vibe at that time and havent tried again since. It's been at the top of my to play list for years at this point

i also keep meaning to try Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy which was a 2017 game. The Lets Plays i saw of it are hilarious, I'm sure i'll hate it when i finally get to it

Horizon Zero Dawn - It was fine, didn't finish it. Exploring wasn't fun compared to
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Great, loved the exploring but missed the dungeons from the earlier games
Cuphead - Fine, bit overhyped
Fortnite - Played 1 game, didn't like the feel to it
Super Mario Odyssey - Good, but M64 is never getting topped.
Little Nightmares - Way too short but enjoyable
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard - 2 spooky 5 me, need to get back in it and finish
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - Fun with friends
Middle-earth: Shadow of War - Great, loved the nemesis system and combat
Friday the 13th: The Game - Fun with friends

Nioh - It's not Sekiro
Divinity: Original Sin II - Great, never forgetting those tar pits.
Nier: Automata - Good-Great, loved the atmosphere in that game
Total War: WARHAMMER 2 - WAAAAAAAAAGH. Weird how the Total War games get both better and worse with each new one.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - Good, the combat got repetetive after you'd optimized it and it too grindy towards the end though.

Oh I forgot Assassin's Creed Origins. I can't remember if I voted that or not.

Didn't finish it. I played that after Odyssey, which was absolutely incredible. So Origins just like a massive downgrade after just completing Odyssey and I just couldn't get into it.

Horizon Zero Dawn
- I started to play this, but haven't finished this. I'm somewhere in the beginning. I liked this so might continue.

The Legend of Zelda: Breth of the Wild
- I have come pretty far on this. We will see if I finish it at some point. I'm in the desert last I left off. Main reason I play other things: Way too time consuming for me.

Super Mario Odyssey
- I played this and I liked it. I even finished it, for the most part. The moon part was too hard.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
- I have this game, bought it recently. I plan to play it since I love the other games of the series.

I haven't played any of the other games.
