A wonderful season. Anyone doing anything fun/dressing up as anything/etc?

I think I'm going to a haunt again this year (I only recently learned that what I call "horror walkthrough things" is technically called a haunt)

We have some p good ones throughout New England, I've gone to a few these past few years and try to seek out the best (worst) ones as opposed to the more kid-friendly ones. Last year a zombie chased us but we could see her wired earbuds and could hear Gasolina blaring from it

"Are you listening to Gasolina?"
"Grrrarrrrgh...yes...arrrrrrrrggghhh!"

Skipping that place this year

Giving out Pokemon cards and candy from my front porch. Got a pretty simplistic ninja turtle costume. Just a green shirt and orange bandana/wristbands lol

I have been roped into a few unique haunts this year. I'm not an avid hauntist by any means but I somehow manged to do 3 of them. One was a hayride on a hick ass farm. It was super cool. There was a point where this massive harvester being driven by a guy in a jason mask was tailing us through the corn like 1 foot behind us going full speed and there was something rigged to the front with firing shooting out. It was definitely not safe lmao which made it fun. If our tractor stalled out that thing would have absolutely crushed our little hay cart. Anyway, also went to one at an amusement park where you could still ride the roller coasters but they also had a few of the buildings converted into haunted houses. Tonight I'm going to one in an abandoned mine where allegedly it's all underground and you actually ride in a mine car at some point. Sounds fun!

unfortunately not doing much! every year i say i'm gonna go all out and do lots of halloween stuff, sign up for events, get a cool costume, etc, but it always creeps up on me and i lose track of time. The nearby church usually does a trunk or treat and i hand out a few candies to people who park on our street to go there, but that's gonna be the extent of it i think. Maybe i'll get a last minute pumpkin

because i failed so bad at halloween this year i am considering turning into an annoying christmas person this year. Watch out.

I have a party with my coworkers tomorrow. Going as Marty McFly. Also doing that at work Tuesday for a Halloween contest.

Never heard of this so I googled it. Sounds v interesting.

Tomorrow (Saturday) going to watch a halloween burlesque show with friends and we are dressing up as the mystery inc gang (i’ll be Fred) and then on actual halloween just handing out candy. Gonna dress the dog up as a beanie baby. We are handing out full sized chocolate bars because we ain’t no punk ass bitches. Plus our driveway is a big hill so gotta give the kids a good prize for the hike they’ll be doing

I wish we had good haunts around us, i’d definitely go to one. Too bad everyone I know are lil bitches and probably wouldn’t go if there was one

I have a boatload of those. Wasn't planning on doing anything with them though tbh!

We have a weird relationship with Halloween. It's not a British staple. Much like Black Friday, in recent years it's another stateside import we've landed on. I've always found it a bit perplexing as a result.

This year the shops are trying to vie for halloween products and early Christmas stock. It's a bit strange.
