Coma, easy. With that one you just wake up and don't even know the 10 years have gone by, but with prison, you are well aware of the length of those 5 years.

Coma is my vote. However, I would probably change my vote if the reason for the coma means you wake up and spend the rest of your life sick or messed up.

Prison is the clear answer for me. Not only is it less time off your life but you can actually spend it bettering yourself and improving. You’re still allowed to read and learn lol
