Lost In The Weekend by Vök [Iceland] vs. All The Things She Said by t.A.T.u. [Russia]
Interesting parallel between these songs for me. We have an Icelandic group going up against a group/song that I heard for the first time while flying through Iceland. The t.A.T.u. song was one of about 20 songs on the 'music channel' that was playing on the Iceland Air flight I took that summer, so I heard this song many times during those flights. I think I'll vote for it simply for the nostalgia, but either of these songs could win as they are pretty similar (although from different generations).
Side note: the music videos for these songs are not what I expected them to be.
I can't wait to find out who won. I've narrowed it down to two people who may have submitted it.
