You find yourself in the center of a large, circular arena. The Fighting Pits, undoubtedly.

You look up and see King Lockhart and Akmong Sus high up on the King's balcony. The King looks down at you as the packed, bloodthirsty crowd cheers around you.

Mercifully, you are given your own weapons. You rise to your feet, flanked by your two party members. It seems you're to battle first.

As you place your hand in the sand to prop yourself up, you notice the dried blood, gore, and bones scattered throughout the crimson stained sand.

At the far end of the arena is an extraordinarily large, metal gate. You hear thumping echo through it. The crowds cheering grows with intensity.

The gate is violently thrust open with roar as your foe bursts into the arena...




Main Quest #1: Choose Your Foe

Each party must battle a different foul creature. Choose a beast from the list below. Choose as a party. You cannot choose something that another party has selected.

A. Tarrasque
B. Barlgura
C. Armanite
D. Behir
E. Cyclops
F. Basilisk
G. Griffon



Main Quest #2: The Fighting Pits

Time to battle!

For your Support.
A. Act as bait to distract the beast
B. Prepare Spare the Dying...just in case
C. Cast Enhance Ability on your two party members

For your Fighter.
A. Run forth immediately, weapon ready
B. Get behind the beast and attempt to choke it with chains
C. Attempt to destroy a nearby pillar to knock it onto the creature

For your Mage.
A. Cast the Enlarge spell on your fighter do double its size
B. Cast the Reduce spell on the beast so shrink it to half its size
C. Cast Summon Monster to create a creature of your own as an ally
