I just watched Kelly's ponderosa video and she seems like a really cool and interesting person. I think they could've easily put more of her in if they weren't so focused on Jeremy & Spencer strategizing.

I think the urn is pretty big, and the votes are separated into piles inside the urn. The order they're read is probably decided by Jeff and other producers before he goes to read them. He doesn't just wing it.
