The movie is still in post-production. It will look different when it actually happens, they have a lot of detail to add still.
This happened with Rocket Racooon in the early GOTG trailers.

The sleuths on reddit have discovered:
|
The T-Rex in the park is the same one from the first movie, based on the scratch marks on it's neck and back. Also, Judy Greer is Bryce Dallas Howard's older sister.
There are leaked images of the hybrid dino, called the 'D-Rex' which is apparently a combo of a T-rex and a velociraptor. It's smaller than a T-Rex but has the raptor feathers from JP3.
The raptors are not in the park's schematic so it's theorized that the raptors were raised by Chris Pratt and are trying to be domesticated, so while they're not necessarily trained they don't see him as prey. |
Also most of the footage from the trailer won't actually be in the movie. It was made for the trailer itself, which is why there's shitty CGI.

I loved it. Much better than 2 and 3, although clearly on a lower level than the original. It was an absolute spectacle, and was the most fun I've had in a theater since Kingsman.
I don't think there's much deep/philosophical ground that Jurassic Park can cover that the first one hasn't already, and I'm completely fine with switching to OTT fun. It was done well, with a lot of nods to past movies to show that they really do care.
There was one death scene that I found horrific, but otherwise the pacing was great.

I saw it at midnight and there really wasn't a dull moment. It might not be the most deep movie around but I agree that it's very very fun with a pretty good message.

Are you referring to the death of the assistant? |

Hopefully they make the sequel an actually good movie instead of just a fun one.
