I liked the episode. I am pretty interested in Alexandria. Though I agree there are so many characters it's getting convoluted.

I don't really know much about Aaron but he's kind of boring thus far. I liked Gareth a lot.

Ya know what's funny. Ross Marquand (Aaron) first audtioned for Gareth. But later got the role for Aaron. :p

Loved the episode, a lot of exciting moments, that moment with that flare-gun... and then that silence that followed. And then Aaron freaking out... I thought that was a very well shot scene.

And now that the Alexandria Safezone is there, the real good stuff can begin.

And about the comment about too many characters... I agree with that. But the problem is... even more characters are going to be introduced whilst in the Alexandria Safezone. It's going to be character over-flow in a few episodes. Atleast 30 characters (including the main group). If half the characters don't suddenly commit suicide. Then the amount of characters are going to be to big. I can see it happening, that they will make seperate episodes for certain characters while they are all in The Alexandria Safezone. The only reasoning for the episodes being that way is to focus more on certain characters in seperate episodes. Like:

Episode 12: Rick, Carl, Michonne, Judith, Glenn, Maggie and Daryl. (Mixed in with new ASZ characters)
Episode 13: Abraham, Rosita, Eugene, Tara, Aaron, Eric, Carol and Sasha. (Mixed in with new ASZ characters)

If they don't do it like that (or something similair), then this entire rest of the season will be awkward... character wise.

I liked the scene in the woods and bloodied up car a lot. Lots of good tension and panic

Andrew Lincoln said the writers of this back half did "a great job of servicing 24 different characters"

Hope they'll show more of that in the 5 remaining episodes. Because these last 9 and 11 have been very Rick-centric. Whilst 10 was Maggie/Sasha/Daryl. Episode 9 doing a good job with Noah and Tyreese's characters. So I only count 6/24 so far. That's going to be hard. But based off of the comics, Carl is going to have a big role this next episode. But am curious if what Andrew Lincoln said isn't complete bullshit, like when he said that Episode 9 was the best episode of TWD.

Am now even more curious how Morgan will fit into the plot.
Do you think that...

Comics Spoiler+

Would be creative, but maybe a bit too late, since that happened way later in the Alexandria arc.

OR

Outrageous theory, but may be possible due to foreshadowing in 'Clear'.

Comic Spoilers+

That would be fucked up crazy, and completely ruin his status and fan-base. But I'd like it. Because it would be one of the riskiest moves made by the writers.

Caught up, I enjoyed this episode.

I know vague details about this part of the storyline in the comics. Not enough to actually be spoiled on possible overall plot points, mainly about some characters. I feel the need to ask

Comic Character Spoiler+

Ezekiel will definitley be in it. He's like the icon of the comics. I would be shocked if they didn't have him in it. Shiva has a huge influence on Ezekiel. So if they have him, then they'll have Shiva. And everyone knows if they don't have Ezekiel then the fans will be pissed. So they'll have him, I'm sure of it. But it will be hard to have Shiva in the story. But I can't imagine them not having them Shiva in the story.

I love Tara. But the writers have been treating her like shit since the group came to Terminus.

And I'd have to agree with DL on this one. I've read the comics, and watched the series. And in both additions Gabriel didn't leave a lasting impression.

But they could still do good stuff with his character if they do it right. Because the writers have a clean slate for his character now that they are in the Alexandria Safezone. Espicially considering that Gabriel was completely ignored (like literally, no joke) once they arrived in the Alexandria Safezone in the comics. So if they don't do the same in the series, then they can still make him into a good character.

But I do enjoy seeing Gabriel's moral struggles. But that's then I think the only thing that interests me about his character.
