How does D1 normally plays out here?

Sounds reasonable. My policy regarding inactives is to use town kp (kill power, like a vig) to kill em in the night. It's a safe shot for the vig because even if these players are town they are likely to be misslynched as the game goes on. Lynching an inactive in the first couple of days isn't really useful because mafia can take safe stances around it. Lynching ppl who are participating to some degree is usually better because people have to take riskier stances around them and thus you can find out stuff about it. Also obviously taking into account that ppl can actually be scumread if they post, lol.

Also CFDs (Chinese Fire Drill, or quickly lynching someone near the end of the day) are always nice.

What's the deal with Curtis anyway?

Slight townread on Hetm (Herm?) for posting in a relaxed/carefree manner.

I feel like CFDs on this site won't really amount to much. If I understand it correctly (it's highly possible I don't) then it's based on gauging reactions to quickly piling on votes on someone. If it ends up being a townie, Mafia will do nothing. If it ends up being a Mafia, Mafia will likely still do nothing in order to "distance". More likely most of the Mafia won't be around to give any reaction to it.

It's like, you sometimes can /feel/ that a person who's getting voted is going to flip town. This can be for many reasons, either because they started to make posts that are really townie, or the person claimed a role that's always town, or the wagon has been stale for a while, etc. So you have the possibility if there's some ppl online to /switch/ to another person that ppl are also interested in lynching.

Basic idea is that mafia don't start cfd onto partners and rarely follows with one. Switching votes near eod is inherently townie, in a sense that by putting more ppl into the table then they don't feel "safe" and have to give opinions or take stances.

It's surprising how often wolves who were slanking or laying low during the day fall on cfds, or find themselves unable to play like a villager would. You said yourself that on both cases mafia will do nothing. Even in that case you can say that ppl who are trying to do something are more likely to be town, because being open/vocal about where do you want the lynch to go is often townier behavior compared to just joining a wagon where you feel ppl won't notice you as mafia.

My vote on Mittens wasn't a joke particularly I did get a slight scumread from him based on his posts. I think that those were the kind of posts that scum tend to make to look active/participative in thread but not actually engaging or wanting to move the day. There's a lot of that tho so it might be whatever.

BB entrance is ok. I'm pretty sure he's a selfsolving slot as the game goes on, or at least should be if I'm alive.

I could call Mike/ItsBrian on the same kind of stuff I called Mittens for I guess.

I don't get what Mike calls his D1 Scan. Also liked Henry entrance. I find it interesting that most of you use real life names of the sort for this game. I might have trouble remembering who is who tbh.

BB callout onto Christian is just literally him being him. I don't think I'm gullible and easier to manipulate, and even if I were I don't think Christian would get that impression with only a couple of my posts, and even if he did I don't think he would go for that angle. I mean you might as well call it "a pocket attempt" but if being nice is a pocket attempt then I guess I'm pocketed by most ppl in this game and I also would classify as a pocketer lol. So yeah did not find that post scummy.

I think I'd find more scummy the Christian comment on the Jamie/Henry interaction. Like whatever that started between the two, if it was something that started before the game, then it's not specifically related to either alignment and such not alignment indicative, right? Liked Josh reaction to the exchange also.

Primate comment onto Curtis is interesting. Seems kind of shady but it's meta based so I can't say. Mindmeld on BB calling JJ scum. That freaked me out tbh. I think I wouldn't put it as "JJ is scum" but more like "JJ isn't the obtown she was for me in our last game", that'd be more accurate, but we are just starting so w/e.

Lamps pop in just to mention something not really important was kinda scummy. Zachary entering thread was funny. There's the theory that when someone openly claims to be scum (or in this case, him admitting using a new scum tactic) comes more often from mafia than from town. Idea is that some mafia can't resist taunting around the fact that they are mafia and like to play around the fact that they are, dancing around the line or so.

Don't think other ppl entering thread are particularly scummy. It's more of a style thing. Keeping the townread onto Hetm for some BB questions and trying to figure out who hasn't posted. It shows some intent of solving at least.

Then there's the pizza debate. In Uruguay is pretty common to eat rectangular/square pizzas and those are cut in small (like 2 or 3 bites small) squares/rectangles to eat. I really like it that way tbh.

There's more shitposting then. Light townread on Ahoda and light scumread onto Primate. Don't ask me why tho just feeling it. That's it for the first 200 will get the rest after I eat something.

Don't apologize, I'm having fun. Being in a more relaxed enviroment is always good, I was always under pressure in last game to some degree.

I think the shitposting is ok even. I don't think it's a problem in itself, but the fact that scum can camouflage themselves in that shitposting is what kinda worries me. So first idea is to give townleans to ppl who show some intent to solve. Idk if that's the right play tho.

I know this is counterproductive but I don't really wanna lynch her D1 just because it's fun to play with her lol. I figured that if pushed she can show me her towness because she was pretty able to do so in our game, and sorting her D1 would be benefitial. But she wouldn't be my first option for a lynch rn.

I said it was interesting in that it seemed to have started during sign-ups or it's from something that's happened somewhere else. But it's not usual for Jamie to play that way I guess. Nav/Zach is a different story, as it happens all the time.

Dislike Primate accusing BB of tryharding. How do you know tryharding isn't just part of his play?

Idk what to think about Mittens pushing BB on the Christian stuff. I think that if Mittens is scum then Christian is definitely town (and probably BB too) in a way that Mittens know BB is wrong and wants to prove he's wrong but he doesn't know how.

Mittens is not strictly wrong tho.BB has no way of knowing if Christian is "88% scum". Just as an introduction to him, when he calls someone 100% scum or something, he just means that he finds someone that person did scummy, and might retract on that later or find another target.

Liked Ahoda scumreading Mittens for that posts. Is at least ballsy. Calling this vote fake from Mittens is something I also dislike tbh. At this point I pretty sure I'm just going to confbias myself on Mittens being scum because I /want/ him to be scum lol.

Next post from Henry insisting on the Jamie stuff with no basis is definitely not a good look for him. Might be just a joke but even then is just whatever and not doing anything for the game.

I forgot you actually have to unlynch before voting for a lynch. On my defense, it was on other notes and not on the main rules zzz. The cockstuff is whatever.

Christian reaction to BB post was ok at least, idk if I like the "when I die and flip town go for BB" tho. I don't particularly remember anything regarding Vance with his pop in. Also Primate and I reached opposite conclusions regarding Christian, huh. Really liked his post on "BB is from a site where they play differently" buuuut... It's kinda inconsistent when he called BB for tryharding, which could definitely be just him having a different playstyle. And actually warmed up on him with the "I have to ask boc a question". This kind of thing usually comes from town and is also forbidden on some places lol. Primate can be town... for now.

Generally dislike Jackie suggestion of a NL. Light scumlean on Timmah entrance. Mercator and 317 were w/e don't know how to feel.

I'd push Mittens but I have mixed feelings on that and he has been active kinda, we can maybe solve him tomorrow. Other ppl I would consider for a lynch are... Henry, Jackie or Zach I guess.
