Durant opted out of his player option,
I suspect GS will resign him for max deal, can't see anyone else take him on for a whole season.
Praying Kawhi resigns but very unlikely. I think he goes to Clippers.

I’d put the odds at 60/40 raptors. Always good to be prepared. |
To be honest, I won't be upset if he goes. He was traded here with no intention of playing here but put his whole heart on the team for the year. Our window of opportunity was essentially 1 year with Lebron gone to the west. He did everything to get us the championship and doesn't owe us anything. Only reason he stays is cause he wants to, or he can get a super max contract 2 years down the line with Clippers or someone else once the cap is raised and they can seriously contend at that point.

Kemba Walker to Celtics, looks like Kyrie could be going to the Nets

Rose to the pistons
I hate the nba. All the super stars picking where they can create super teams |
I complained about that for 9 years until June 13th 2019!

and that'd put him in the Western Conference so win-win |
tbh Boc, whether Kawhi stays or leaves us the time for us to win was this year. The free agency that this year was is only going to make the East that much harder. Not sure we repeat with the same team. Raps would need to add another guy at least.

I am at peace with this. Kawhi gave us everything, we didn't tear down our team either for a superstar, did it with most of the team we had. We got the championship. I'll enjoy the memories.
I'm just glad it was the Clippers. We always knew it was a very long shot to keep him.
That being said, that PG13 trade was ridiculous. So many first rounders. I heard rumours the raptors were offered Westbrook and him for Siakam and a bunch of picks. Would rather keep what we have and look to the future.

George was the #3 player in the mvp race last year?
Thats pretty good.
I’m not even an OKC fan but I was shook when I woke up this morning. Crazy |
I feel bad more for OKC fans than us. They got screwed royally.

Raps up 3-0 in the series against the Nets. I love how dominant and hungry they are to defend the championship.

p sure the Raps are gonna bounce the Bucks again this year. The hiatus seems to have killed them |
counting the Celtics out before either team advances to the second round? |
Yes. I'd be absolutely shocked if the Celtics could get past the Raptors, 4-1 imo |
The Raps did struggle against the Celts in the regular season so I am a bit worried considering they too are going for a sweep. We'll see how tomorrow's games go first.

Lowry's injury looks bad. I'm even more worried about our chances over Boston now. Our bench will have to do the heavy work against the Celtics.
