Age of Ultron, Civil War and Thor Ragnarok are a MUST.
But I'd recommend you to at least watch Thor Dark World as well.
The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger and Iron Man 3 are the least relevant ones. | | |

You might as well watch all the Thor movies, since you need to see 2+3. | | |
