Health care is a right, but it's really hard to mantain a working system that works perfectly for all. Even with universal care, there are problems with rising costs and long waiting lines. The government had to close down a hospital somewhere in northern Sweden because the cost of mantaining it got too expensive, it's caused great controversy here. Things were great 20-30 years ago. Not sure what the right answer is. Less humans?
