You should watch the films.
They are really good.
The first films are targeted towards a younger audience, but it's still worth the watch.
The new films are good as well. | | |

I've actually only seen Princess Mononoke and Porco Rosso. I prefered Princess Mononoke.
Totoro, How's Moving Castle and Spirited Away are films I should see some day. | | |

I went from thinking HP was lame and something I had decided to never read/watch, until I became a fan lol.
I still have a few friends who have never watched Star Wars. I'm not sure if they just think it looks too weird, but they love Lord of the Rings lol. | | |

For the record, I'm never been a fan of the animation style from Studio Ghibli. Probably the main reason why I haven't seen all their good films yet lol.
