How can she just toss out that science confirms health risks associated to being overweight? I'd prefer to enjoy health and activity while I can.

I like exercise if it's disguised as sport. Snowboarding, biking, golf, etc. Treadmill = torture, but sometimes it's all that's available. | A lesson without pain is meaningless. See, I should just learn to stay inside. Wildlife hates me. Just got back from walking a few miles, as well as a few brief moments of running.....got chased by a skunk.
