I watch all of the snowboarding and skiing (freestyle, slopestyle and half-pipe) Sometimes watch skeleton or luge because I can't imagine and the crashes are usually pretty cringe worthy. | Not that I'm a winter olympics historian, but from everything I've read this seems like one of the absolute worst choices of location for the winter olympics. |

Slopestyle has been really fun so far. The second heat of the men's competition was amazing and in no way like the .gif above from the women's heat 1. |
Was this gif from before or after they redid part of the course? No wonder they said it felt like falling off of a building. Holy....

They were talking about how there are a number of female athletes pushing to have a different Slopestyle course for Men and Women. The difference in weight is a big concern with the height and location of where the women are landing on a lot of these courses, not just Sochi. |
