I sent you a bunch of messages the other day about Chris Chan. He and Barb pleaded guilty but have received only probation, fines and community service, no prison. However the terms of probation and having to do community service will probably prove too much for Chris at least and he may well end up in prison yet. Also he had an outburst at Michael Snyder in court calling him a thieving liar (while pleading guilty which is just lol).
