I don't have a charge ability.

On the night I activate my heal, I absorb any damage I take and convert it to healing. Half of that healing goes to me and the other half to a person to my choice.

To answer ahoda I took 40% on n4 (or whatever that night was where I took damage)

I'm currently at 50%.

Wait it wasn't n4 it would've been something like n6

I do think it's very fitting that I waited 7 nights to try to heal and nobody attacked me.

Ahoda that would be a perfectly valid fear if it made any sense thematically. Lucas' down B ability absorbs projectiles thrown at him and heals him.

You waste an action with a long cooldown without any expectation or knowledge of whether you can use it in the first place?

i dunno if you understand how it works even though i've been explicitly clear about it

i know whether i can use it.

LISTEN.

i can attack someone at night (no smash, just attack) OR i can use my heal (which has a multi-night cooldown) to try and heal myself and someone else of my choosing based on how much damage i take the night i activate it.

there's no "wasting an action" because my alternative is just a basic attack. i can't learn anything or do anything else

Unless you are scum, and get your scum buddy to attack you, you would have no idea if your heal will heal yourself and anyone for ANY AMOUNT because you don't know if you will take any damage or not.

yep, this is correct. i rely on people to attack me, town or scum.

And what does your description of that have to do with your prior statements from earlier in the game that you were waiting on "something" to happen so that you can use your action. That something, you at least hinted was that you needed to take damage. At least that's how I've interpreted it.

right. i was never taking any damage so 1) healing myself was pointless and 2) even if i tried to heal someone else, it wasn't likely that i was going to be attacked anyway based on prior nights. the fact that it took 6 nights to get above 10% damage speaks to that.

it's not my fault you guys weren't attacking me, i made it as clear as i possibly could that it was the only way i was actually going to be of any help.
