okay so the deal with the duels is if you have two tickets you can do the following
-get 1 item off the second shelf (4 items to choose from)
-get 2 items off the bottom shelf
-get 1 item off the bottom shelf and save the other ticket
-save both tickets to try and get a third for the highest shelf

FOR THE RECORD
i went back and checked.
helios was still alive when i got my vern/vlady/brian carol, so that debunked the GF theory
so i would've reshot vlady even if i could've cancelled | | |
