season 4 is basically the end of ASOS (or the entirety of ASOS2, probably..?), but even if you've read that, if you want to avoid spoilers entirely, i wouldn't watch it yet.
they get into some material which reaches even the end of ADWD and even a few things the book readers haven't seen yet. if you don't care TOO much about that stuff, you should be fine watching season 4 after you're completely done with ASOS (1 and 2). the moments that go past ASOS during season 4 aren't really that big of a deal as far as i can remember.

I'd say the Reek stuff is pretty big. I didn't get to experience it since I was spoiled by the show but I'd imagine seeing him pop up after a 3 book absence was a pretty huge surprise |

oh yeah, true.
danny there is something that doesn't happen until book 5 (ADWD) but is featured in season 3, so if you're looking to avoid all show spoilers you're gonna want to read the books.

read the epilogue! it's good!
enjoy AFFC! it's a bit slow, but i really like it. it's got a lot of great POVs, and leaves out some that i don't really care that much about or even actively dislike, so that's nice.
general idea about your guessed list of POVs, nothing specific:

you've got a few right, but you're missing one or two key people!

i'm still holding out hope that she'll be in it!
but you're right, a lot of people were really disappointed when she wasn't in the season 4 finale, myself included.
