hey guys. tonight i'm getting on a bus and going to toronto, so today i'm spending most of my time packing and getting ready. i know a few people said i'm worth "looking into" but if you don't have anything concrete to bring to the table, i can't exactly defend myself.

i'll be checking in occasionally because i'm lazy and like to procrastinate, but just wanted to give a heads up.

Yeah, I think this Herm train seems to be growing kinda fast. And I am meta-gaming (again), but Herm acted exactly this same way as Gabriel in ATTWSIV. I thought he was scummy all game but he wasn't. I just think he thinks out loud. i don't understand what the issue is here. we were TOLD that the vampires were 3rd party when dylan died. it just didn't make sense for both the scum and that third party faction (which at the time i thought was cult) to be "vampires." i added the bit about possibly being wrong because i haven't seen buffy and don't know if there are twilight-esque factions of vampires with different goals.

what exactly is suspicious about that?

boc (though admittedly i confuse him with vic so i need to reread)
drr (her multi-paragraph post today was just.. nothing.)
g0 (though i don't think they've posted today, i can't think of any opinion they've had other than "don't lynch me, bro!")
buffy (i guess this might be a little OMGUSy but your post about me doesn't make sense and you've said some pretty strange stuff i didn't find myself agreeing with)
herm (i've spoken about herm A LOT and i have no idea why ari is saying i didn't vote to lynch him)

i don't have time today to look back through people's posts so that list is mostly made from gut feelings.

I'm having some issues with the site loading so I may be a bit behind, but I think it's kind of odd that Brian's 5 suspects are the 3 people with the most suspicion tossed at them overall so far by everyone, me because one post I made was apparently not up to strict content standards, and Boc, possibly because Brian is getting him mixed up with a dead cult leader. I get that he's getting ready to go on a trip and doesn't have time to look back, but its odd to me that those in particular are the only suspicions that have really formed over the course of 3 days.

this is so scummy i can't even handle it.

it's scummy because you're saying (three of) my suspicions aren't valid because they're popular. herm, buffy and g0 (although i don't even know if i agree with you that g0 has "the most suspicion" tossed at her overall) are all suspected by several peopel for good reasons. it's especially frustrating that you're invalidating my suspicion of herm considering i've been suspicious of him since day 1. it's not my fault if people finally started agreeing with me.

in regards to boc, you're twisting what i said. i listed gut feelings, and boc's name came to mind when i was thinking of who i thought was scummy. but i wasn't sure if i was thinking of him or vic (since their names are similar and i don't really know them personally, thus making it hard to differentiate them by memory.

in regards to your post, it was nothing. if you really want to push this, i'll bring it up.

Someone attacked me again? I'm assuming mafia wouldnt bother trying and risking failure, so I agree with whoever said it was likely the vig testing to see if I really was being protected by Perry. Herm does seem a bit suspicious to me. He doesnt seem to have much of a mental filter, and he did a rapid train hop yesterday that seemed to be more about saving himself than trying to get those particular people killed due to actual suspicions. I don't know whether to read that as scummy or as an innocent who just really wants to survive. I'm happy to see Patrick's actually posting his thoughts and suspicions. And it only took him 3 days! I still think his first 2 days being nothing but reacting to minor things without adding any thoughts at all is really silly. And the cult stuff is pretty strange. It's really odd to me that mafia could be recruitted. It seems to be unbalanced! The fact that Vic was the leader more or less disproves my Greenday theory. I don't think it would be bad for him to actually say what it is his role is now that the cult is probably wiped out anyway, but the claim seems a lot more solid now. Anyway, heading back to bed for a few hours.

Section 1: I was attacked! Could've been the vig.
Section 2: Herm is scummy but he might not be scum!
Section 3: Patrick is posting, yay! Could still be scum, though.
Section 4: Cult is weird! Greenday probably isn't cult.

i'm not saying that any of these things is all that suspicious on their own (in fact i said something similar about herm yesterday), but they really don't bring anything to the table. they're just obvious observations or noncommittal sentences.

finally, in regards to my town reads, i have lots. that's how i play. i look for town and then weed out scum from the remains. it's just easier for me that way. that doesn't mean i want to share them with everyone.
