In school I was convinced I saw a ghost once, so convinced that I put together an investigative team to track it down.

After months of investigation during school break time failed to produce anything, people started to lose interest, so I just started making shit up.

Before I knew it, I had given this ghost a name, 'The Black Cloak', and claimed that he was fighting an eternal duel with his arch nemesis 'The White Cloak' for control of the world, and the school was their battleground. Also, for reasons I forget I convinced them that the headteacher had cloned himself.

It was my own little cult. Good times

But I voted fake.

Though I have read some freaky stories. It's fun to pretend they are real

If we assume for a moment that ghosts are real, what do they look like? The ghost I thought I saw when I was a kid had black holes for eyes and a demonic looking face. Although a former neighbor from where I grew up who passed away ten years ago, had a brother who saw a ghost at a young age and supposedly it was clad in white clothes.

You could extract some cool lyrics for a heavy metal song from this story.
