it was 1 of the most boring first episodes
how they managed to make that possible with a sudden tribal council is beyond me

I like how both Rupert/Candice let their loved one (someone whose never played Survivor) play instead of them. They wanted someone whose never had the experience....to experience it. It's what the fans prefer as well. Stop bringing people back!!! TAKE NOTE PRODUCERS.

I understand why they do it, I just will never like that they do. I mean I expected it cause Probst has just about confirmed returning players as a permanent thing, but whatever. I feel like we're being robbed of a good twist cause of their presence.
Thinking this over in my head though, something like could work for an ORG with some known inseparable duos out there. |
Even inseparable duo's usually don't risk their own life in the game for their close friend tho

No chance Tyson exchanges places
The preview makes it look like he does. The preview lies to you 99% of the time. Rachel is also the most irrelevant contestant this season, if she was going to trade places with Tyson and return to the game she'd have been more complex tonight
with that said YAY at Rupert leaving

That was beyond stupid for the men. John was obviously on their side and strong in challenges. But he did make a pretty noob mistake of not sharing the idol clue with his alliance when it was so public. I liked him but that was just stupid.
I hate Brad sfm
The preview for next week looks great. Candice <3 She actually has a personality this time
I can't believe Colton quit when he is such a huge fan. 13th and 19th awk

I was watching the insider videos they post after episodes and I forget who but someone commented that 2 people of like 9 will come back. Perhaps they were told that 2 people come back? I'm not sure but regardless I am rooting for both Candice and Marissa. I like John too. None have Matt like edits but perhaps they've learned from that. Marissa back in the game vs Brad would be great

Candice was definitely voted out for Pre-game alliances. (Wow, it finally happened so blatantly in real Survivor.) I'm just glad RC didn't play this season. If she got really far it would be hard to stomach. She went to one Tribal Council and left at it. She put an enormous target on her back day 1 by coming off super strong and forceful. kthxbai RC

lmao King Caleb, that was awesome.
The promos and the build up to TC made it obvious though. They never ever go into Tribal Council without leaving option A and option B as to what can happen. So yeah. That was still great.

Ciera is nothing special to watch and is by far one of the weakest challenge competitors ever on this show. I was shocked she wasn't voted out over Laura B on first impressions. If she turned sideways she'd be invisible. But for her to make it to the final 5 of this original 10 person tribe..that's impressive. The Blood vs Water twist does effect that though
