okay whew hello guys i am CAUGHT UP. i’ll need to go back and look at some stuff later on to get some better ~reads~ but here are my initial thoughts:

-timmah feels towny to me bc of that gambit? i feel like if a scum were to pull something like that the goal would be to try to confuse town into hyperfocusing on the present swap to get some role info, but the goal seemed to be to try to suss out who is protective of who which like when you’re scum on day 2 there’s really no feasible reason to put yourself out there like that for information that wouldn’t even help him. plz be our vern and shepherd us good sir

- nav...imma need you to chill a bit LMAO. comparing my posting activity to the last game as if it’s some concrete evidence is a bit of a reach because thus far the best arguments are “so and so FEELS scum”. there was no d1 big event like colorgate to analyze and discuss and that “vibes” thing hasn’t ever rly been my style. plus it’s a work week with many of the big late-day events happening while i’m also at work so forgive me if my posting quality hasn’t been up to your standards :P

- the im/Gmaj thing is supes interesting bc neither would really be incentivized to lie about it? the motivation isn’t clicking for me so i’m on the boat of believing both of them and suspecting some other kind of role shenanigan took place. however, not being attacked isn’t necessarily a clearance (particularly if we have a scum busser to worry about) and the vanilla claim kinda makes me think he might still be the best anvil target.

My big thing about a gmaj anvil is that we seek to gain the most information to help with a lynch depending on his flip. With Herm, the only evidence we’ve seen presented thus far is “vibes” and we don’t get nearly as much of a logical lynch option from his flip.

for the life of me i can never figure out why people cling to “gut feelings” when we have actual logical sequences of events and claims that can be actually helpful in uncovering more scum down the line
