ugh vern i know i REALLY wanna trust you here but my initial logic is that if there was mafia left they definitely would have killed last night, so i think we're definitely looking for a third party. you having a killing role makes you the most dangerous if you WERE third party.

I kinda think there's a possibility that Matt is actually the baby. That Christian and him DID both have the text in their roles that made it so they couldn't change alignment, but that it was there as a red herring possibly to further conceal the fact that Matt might actually have been able to switch. Maybe not known to him at the time? He might not even have known about it until he was found by his mother or until both of his parents died. His win con could be to make the final two. I think we're looking for a SK, a baby, or both. If it's a SK, Vern. If it's a baby, Matt comes to my mind. Mal was in consideration around the time she got her kill. But if she really did check im317 based on Janelle's look at her, maybe that clears her? I trust Lamps to be town most of all, tbh. The only thing that might point his way is that JJ got back german from him. And the baby's father was german. I'm keeping my vote on Vern for now, but I do think we should consider the possibilities.

i definitely had no alignment switch or anything of the sort. if i was the baby i was never informed so unless we think it's feasible that i could have a hidden alignment unknown to me i suggest looking elsewhere.

I think Stargate is just stubborn townie tbh. presumably with the baby out there i think they would absolutely benefit from keeping the lynch off of stargate so that he would come after us today and vice versa.

I wouldn't think him a baby possibility if not for his own words thinking he could've been the baby. Which gives me pause on that actually being a thing. I don't understand why he'd say anything at all if he actually was.

Yeah exactly, I was throwing out the possibility that the baby might not even be a threat. With no kills last night and the game still going on, I'm on board with the notion that the baby IS a threat, and so I can firmly say it is not me.

I guess there is a possibility you are the baby and you don't know it, and you win with the town? How does 3p work? The mom could kill. If the baby can't, can it win with town or does it need to be F2? If it can win with town, then Vern has to be the sk? But I kinda worry that if he was he would've made a kill last night, at the very least he would've attacked me to burn my bp?

Vern had already committed to not killing last night though. For all he knows, there could have been a seventh scum, and if there were two kills he would pretty much be outed as scummy for not following through with his promise not to kill. It doesn't necessarily clear or damn him either way unfortunately.

I thought I was the baby because I really did not think there was any third party left. I felt like once we lynched the last mafia we would have been good. However, now that mafia is presumed dead and the game isn't over, I have to reprioritize my strategy and thought process and consider the real possibility that there is a third party baby out there hoping they survive long enough to win. I agree with Vern's point that Jamie pretty much functioned as the serial killer so I'm inclined to think pursuing the baby might actually be in our best interest.

If there IS a baby I think we need to look at the people who were most supportive of the theory that I was the baby. That would be the perfect thing for them to hide behind if that were the case.

okay in my mind there are two possibilties:

1) I am the baby, and Vern is really a serial killer.
2) Vern is not the serial killer, a baby is out there, and it is not me.

I would imagine if the baby was genuinely a third party survivor they would at least KNOW about their alignment and goal so I'm ruling myself out of that. If there IS a baby out there, it stands to reason they would jump on board with my theory that I was the theory so people would go along with it and not look for them.

the "mama boobs" was just a cute lil nickname because he was the mother. look i was just trying to use the information i had about my role to hopefully provide a helpful perspective and consideration about the whole baby situation, and now that mafia is presumably all gone i'm having to reshape that perspective and i'm just trying to throw out everything i know and have observed. if we are looking for a baby, look at the people that were quick to agree with me about the baby theory, because that's exactly what a baby would do in that scenario.

i don't see why thinking i'm the baby when my character is baby yoda is some huge leap of logic that needs to be defended or scrutinized. y'all would have considered the same thing if you were in my shoes.

honestly....i was thinking that second REDACTED was for Wikey. However, given that the role is literally called "It's just you and me now", I'm starting to think that second REDACTED might be the baby is well. y'all might be on to something.
