I lost a lot of interest when Guillermo Del Toro had to drop out. Instead of something potentially different we're just gonna get LotR 4 and 5. Not a bad thing, but I was excited to see what del Toro would have brought to the world since visually his style is unique. | I'll still see it eagerly though. | I'd rather see someone new tackle the material so we get something fresh! And to see PJ use his talents on a new world. I just feel like it'll be more of the same when there was a great opportunity for something different and more interesting. I mean the Trilogy was great but I think it works so well on it's own, and these two movies had potential to work well on their own as well. Now i think it'll just seem like the same entity. |
