I accidentally participated in this thx to Jacob. So I'm going off distant memory here.

But it was awesome! Gave it an 8/10 so I can have some flexibility in rating some other movies, but I liked this. It was top-notch. Pretty close to my personal fav movies Harold and Kumar 2: Escape from Guantanamo Bay and Balto.

My favorite scene was them drunkingly going to the roof and slowly the jibber-jabber being replaced with this perfect instrumental accompaniment. It made me appreciate them living in the present.

As far as questioning Victoria's judgment, I did as soon as she stayed with four random dudes after a night of drinking. Her actions thereafter I'd say wouldn't surprise me, or I wouldn't put it past her to do those things, etc.

I love the language barrier and allowing the audience to see the Germans talking to each other in German candidly while relaying the message kindly in English. It really gave the power to us to see what's going on.

The story line was great. I was super impressed with the camera-work and acting throughout. I also loved that we stayed with Victoria during the bank robbing scene. It brought me back to when my sister was involved in gang activity and I was waiting in the car for her and her posse to finish whatever they were doing. Terrifying! AND the car wouldn't start when they returned. It was awesome.

I appreciate all the characters as well the order they were introduced and let go. Enjoyed the climax when they re-entered the club scene along with the inevitable fall with everything that happened thereafter. Good writing, good acting, and still shook it all happened in one take.
