I was honestly just shocked. I am really upset about it. I think Jeff made a dumb mistake but it wasn't malicious and he obviously regrets it. Honestly, he should stop beating himself up over it. It definitely shouldn't have resulted in termination from a job imo. I am really just so dumbfounded that it came to this.
