You are the racist uncle. You make Christmas unbearably uncomfortable for everyone. One time, your niece brought over what you called an “ethnic” boy for the holidays, and you about blew a gasket over the Christmas ham. You spend most of your time picking out a poor relative to bother with your political rants because you don’t want to rest until everyone here knows your stance on every major issue. Ultimately, you would never harm anyone. However, if anything were to go wrong, you would be the first suspect.
You are the miller.
If inspected by a cop, you will appear as guilty.
Each night, you may also submit one person to visit. For the most part you just want to spread your unpopular views, but who knows, maybe something good will happen on one of your visits. You may not visit the same person two nights on a row.

Very few people were left in the family, and the discussion was intense and dramatic. Guilty claims, claims, and accusations flew wildly. But after a very close split vote, it was eventually decided Herm would be the lynch.
But Herm would get the last laugh...

Herm bravely fought the family back as they surrounded him. His college degree! He probably graduated soon! He spent so much time learning to get that degree, and now it would get him nowhere (although would that really be much different if he were alive?? #topical).
Anyway with his last breath, Herm pulls out a gun and shoots Jamie in the head.
