Meh. I think my expectations might've been too high after I loved Nightmare on Elm Street so much, but this one fell flat. I couldn't remember who half the characters were, a bunch of parts were too dark to really see, and the pacing of kills seemed super fast the first half of the movie, leaving the second half to feel slow. Highlight was the scene of Alice freaking out and trying to block the door in the cabin when she's the only one left alive and one of the guys describing himself as "dumb as they come" to the police.
Didn't leave my excited to watch any of the sequels. Freddie >>> Jason
