I don't watch nearly enough horror to have favorite genres so I'll just go based on my 3+ star ratings on letterboxd (:

I will say looking back at that vry short list, Funny Games and The Ring are the only two that managed to fuck me up/disturb me (although in very different ways). So I guess I'd rank those the highest from a pure horror standpoint
