I need to start getting a bit better with this cuz I'm about 10 pounds heavier than I'd like to be atm
But generally I just stick to running/walking, home exercises every now and then (push-ups/ab roller), and I TRY to eat relatively smart. I definitely don't eat HEALTHY (I eat fast food for lunch p much every workday) but I try to at least portion control well. And as far as beverages go, I mostly just drink water. If I do want something caffeinated I'll go for unsweetened iced tea/black coffee/sometimes diet soda rather than anything with sugar in it |
