ppp solid ep, agreed that it could've used some kind of backstory though. I guess we're left to assume the dogs were built for military purposes but ended up backfiring and wiping out most of humanity?
Definitely had a zombie movie feel to it. The design of the dogs was really cool, and the effects were really impressive considering how much screentime it got (being in black & white probably helped with that). Those things were simultaneously cute and terrifying
The ending reveal of what was in the box was pretty great, all of that over a teddy bear :( | |

I need to rewatch this so I can understand the significance of the teddy bears and piece together what the girl was talking about over the walkie. Cause I am just still confused about it. |
It's implied that the main lady's kid was dying back at their base and they were trying to get a teddy bear for him to comfort him in his last few days | |

I like the theory that |
the teddy bears are related to the monkey from Black Museum, and so they were actually retrieving one of Jack(?)'s deceased relatives from that crate |
