IT'S TIME. Time to find out who's the bestest Lab character of them all. ONCE AND FOR ALL

Since there's such a massive number of characters, I cut out all the shitty ones like most of the people in Lab 1, everyone but Rito in Lab 2.5, and all the inactives from Lab 2 and 3. But there's still quite a bit left!

SO. I'm gonna post up a big prelim poll tonight with Lab 1 and 2 characters, and one tomorrow with Lab 3 characters. The two winners will join these 62 and we'll begin for real.

I like how I didn't make it in for Lab 2 or Lab 2.5, despite not being inactive in 2 and tied for best player in 2.5.

and it's not that everyone sucked in Lab 2.5, it's that there was absolutely nothing memorable about any of the characters besides Rito. It's about best character, not best player.

Well I don't want to see Rito vs. Rita round1 I'd rather see random pairing via Random.org

I always randomize! But randomizing would actually make a Rito vs. Rita match-up MORE likely than seeding would (:

Because randomizing makes better characters more likely to go up against each other in earlier rounds. Seeding would put all the (perceived) best against all the worst right away. I like randomization better though because it makes the early rounds more interesting

PRELIMS OVER! There were two ties (:

The first one is broken fairly easily. Niney had a write-in vote for Eduardo, which breaks the tie between ublaz and Eduardo.

So Eduardo moves on!

The second one is a bit more tricky. A 4-way tie between Arimnestos, Kane, Katy, and Origo.

I randomized it and...
