My internet's herniating, so I haven't had the opportunity to get online until now and contribute. I didn't learn anything useful last night, unfortunately.

I'm pretty suspicious of Vernon at this point, because none of his reasoning is sound right now, and he's not defending himself well at all. Drr is at least making a modicum of sense. The arguments against Mal are also pretty interesting, and I'm curious as to why that train ran out of steam. His excuse of not being terribly invested is right up there with "Look! Your shoe's untied!" in the compendium of obvious excuses.

I'm currently debating between Jeff and Vernon, because one isn't contributing at all, and the other is actively avoiding contributing anything helpful. Between useless and antagonistic, I'm more inclined to keep useless on the off chance that Jeff has a great role and is going underground in an attempt to help out the town.

Eh. When I was godfather a while back, we purposely let outed roles live a while longer, to minimize the chances that they'd get saved. I wouldn't doubt I'll be a victim eventually, but I think it's probably better than getting lynched and having the town lose a scanner that early in the game.

Hopefully I'll be able to out a few more of them by the time that happens, though.

As far as I know I wasn't blocked, but I might have been bussed. Suffice it to say, I didn't get a result that makes any sense based on what I submitted for my night action.

I'm currently trying to figure out what the bus driver's motivation might have been. If it was a protection thing, that seems to make more sense than a mafia decision, but it's also possible that the mafia wanted to screw me up once before killing me.

I learned the alignment, but not the role, of someone that I didn't target (and didn't, in fact, know was in the game).

I don't think that bussing me would accomplish much for the mafia. They'd only be guaranteeing that I don't die if I get targetted by a vigilante or SK.

Another possibility is that if there's a nexus role, and the person I attempted to target was the nexus, I would have gotten a randomly-determined result.

So unless there is a mafia bus driver, and they're a moron, it's probably a don and likely a scanner that they've got. I'm guessing there are probably another three or four mafia out there, based on cast size.

I get alignments, but not roles.

And it was Alex. He's town, as far as my results show. I still have no idea what the hell happened there.

I legitimately have no idea what happened there. It's entirely possible that whoever that message sender is sent something similar to me, and that I was roleblocked, or that some sort of weird bussing screwed everything up.

Alright, I'm going to go grade some essays. I'll try and check in again before the deadline. If I'm reading the clock right that's in a little less than four hours, yeah?
