a couple months ago i recorded myself reading episode 1 of Members out of boredom. i thought it'd be FUN and while it kind of was it's also made me acutely aware of my inadequacies as a writer. so i don't know if i'll ever do another one, because they get progressively stupider. | the constant food references really surprised me. i blame my high school creative writing class always pushing us to have detail | new thought as i read through some more episodes: 16 year old me had prose as economical as hemingway's |
