Rules

1. The Normal Stuff - Play to your win conditions, never edit your posts, do not discuss the game outside of the appropriate forums, if you're dead you stay silent and don't like/dislike posts (with the exception of role flips obv).

2. Submitting Actions - Submit your actions to the account that sent out your role PM (Badger'n'Brian). If you send them to Brian or Badger instead of the account for this game, there is a big possibility they will be missed. Do not complain if this happens because you have been warned.

3. Role PMs - Each Role PM will come with an italicized section and a bolded section. The italicized section is to add to the flavor of the game and help you understand the way your role fitst your character - you may not reference or allude to any of the italicized text in your role PM (even subtly). The bolded section describes the claim you are allowed to make in day threads. Beneath, you can see a sample town role PM.

4. Character Claiming - Character claiming is STRICTLY forbidden in this game. This game is flavor heavy, so directly claiming any character (even if it's not your actual character) will result in a mod kill. You may confirm your role but not your character. Do not push the boundaries on this.

5. Soft claiming - This deserves it's own section. We get that part of the fun of a theme game is that you can make jokes about the game and speculate about how the lore might impact the game. We don't want to restrict that. But many people use jokes to hint about their role in games when you are not allowed to character claim. That's not gonna fly in this game. You may make jokes about the game, but not about your own character. This is meant to make the game more fun - if people try to meta it as some form of scum hunting tool through a loophole we haven't foreseen, the mods will figure out an appropriate response (so please just don't).

6. End of Day - There will be no hammering in this game under any circumstances. Day actions are a part of the game, and some of them play out at specific times. So even if everyone agrees, the day will not end. If you're town, use the time to scum hunt. If your scum, use the time to deflect.

7. No Lynch - If a player is uncomfortable with the day's decision, they can vote for a not to have a lynch that day.

8. Ties - If we have a tie once the final tally is posted, the thread will be re-opened and we will go into sudden death. The next person to lynch one of the people who are locked in the tie, or the first person to unlynch one of them, will break the tie.

9. Day Abilities - If you are intending to use a day time ability, please give us a heads up. We will still do our best to make sure they are implemented, but a little heads up would be nice.

10. Have fun - Remember this is a just game, don't take it too seriously. :)

If you have read all 10 rules, like/dislike this post. I will leave it open for a bit in case anyone has legit questions. Also, here is a sample Town Role PM (remember, only the bold parts may be referenced in day threads).

Sample Role PM
You are Princess Peach! You don't exactly reside in Hyrule, but you and both Link and Zelda have met many times on the Super Smash Bros battlefield. You are one of Nintendo's most well known good guys, so it should be a given that you would align with TOWN.

Role: Town Princess
Passive - Nobility: If you are lynched, the last player to vote on your lynch train will die at the end of day with you.
