I'm wondering if there's a good way to get mp3s of this to offer for download The way I've been recording has been with videos but it's probably possible to get a sound only file going that's easier to save

Depending on your video editor but a lot of them give you the option to remove the audio as a separate file.

There are also audio rippers for YouTube so you could grab the audio off the video and upload it.
