On Tuesday Toby Fox, the creator of Undertale, teased on Twitter that there was going to be some kind of event on Halloween and implied with would be a survey going towards "making something new" On Halloween morning he dropped the link to the survey program:

The "survey" turned out to be much deeper than anticipated.
