In the past i've let smaller groups go for i.e. SK goes before mafia. Things hard enough on SK already.

Typically i've done SK/Vig/Maf

In my last game, and the next game where it's like 60% mafia, i do whoever submits first.
Rodney is a great guy. Oops, nevermind he's a terrible human being.
He likes his sandwiches to be Turkey and Swiss. Triangle cut. Let vern have his crust. Poison the part Rodney eats.
