Not sure what makes these fast casual instead of fast food, but:
Panda Express - cheap chinese, excellent orange chicken
Five Guys - burgers are decent for over cooked, but fries are the winner
Qdoba - queso and chips- nuff said
Firehouse Subs - sandwiches are pretty quality
Place I will never go: Jimmy Johns. Owner is a slimeball and he doesn't deserve any cash.

Five Guys - Liked it! Can't speak for their burgers as I had a hot dog.
I don't really like sandwiches.
