Been staying away from spoilers so the Tormund potential death had me screaming "NO!"
The Tormund/Hound conversation was so awesome I had to go back and watch it again.
I understand setting up the battle for dramatic pacing by not having the wraiths have a reason to attack until right before the dragons showed up. My son, who hasn't seen much GOT could also see the wight dragon coming even before the battle started.

The deaths were also meh. Wight Bear kills no name and seriously hurts Thoros leading ultimately to him dying, but outside of him not being able to bring back anyone anymore, it was a minor loss compared to losing the others.

This show really isn't good anymore :(
I don't care what happens to any of these characters anymore.
Despite that, it is still very entertaining and I look forward to it every week. The actions sequences are stellar. IMO, the less dialogue the better (with exception to the Hound calling people cunts...more of that plz)
At this point I just want to watch people get burnt to death by dragons.
