We pretty much have the (at least) two timelines confirmed now and it would be shocking if Will <> MIB. Delores seems wrapped up in multiple timelines where even she is confused by which one she is in. The reveale that she's been meeting with Arthur and not Bernard all along is pretty cool, especially since we see her drop down in the confessional, go into the lower lab level, then down the stairs to the place where they have been talking.
The constant flashbacks to a bunch of dead bodies multiple times leads me to believe the following: There have been prior Maeve-type rebellions before. I think Wyatt may be like Maeve- freed through the programming to act outside of their loop. There may be a few others who have been like that in the past, including Delores. We've seen the butchering in Escalante from Teddy's and Delores' perspective multiple times, but this looks similar to the killing Maeve got to happen. The killing down in the lab zone is new now and probably tied to Delores going on a rampage.

Yep- I think we're seeing at least one previous uprising. Possibly more than one. | How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat? |

Very confusing but entertaining episode!
Looks like it's time for me to concede on the multiple timelines theory. That definitely seems to be a thing. I'll reserve judgement on it after seeing how it plays out.
It's disappointing that Maeve and Ford continue to face little to no challenge. When Ford was cornered by Bernard I thought he had finally been outsmarted. So when it was revealed he was in control the entire time once again it was kind of meh. However, that is forgivable given that what followed was stellar. I love Bernard/Ford getting all philosophical and shit. They are some of the best scenes.
What's the deal with the people watching the park? They tend to notice when hosts deviate from their routines, so why did nobody notice when Maeve went and joined a group of bandits? Furthermore, isn't she just inviting suspicion when she is found dead with them in an unexplained fire? Whilst in the middle of fucking one of said bandits? However, Maeve's great speech about the park and the empty safe made up for the logical fallacies.
These are just nitpicks. It really is hard to criticize this show for anything major. |
Well, if Maeve can reprogram other hosts, she might be able to override the security watch system QA has in place. Or, since we know that Wyatt has apparently had a bloodbath in the past and that Ford appears to have created Wyatt, then it could still be all part of his "plot". | How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat? |

What's the episode title refer to? Someone do some which research for me |
A clavier is a keyboard string instrument, like a piano. "Well-Tempered" refers to the system of musical tuning. Bach wrote a series of fugues and preludes that used all 24 major and minor keys.

It's a series of musical pieces covering all the major and minor keys, so it ties everything possible together into one large set piece.
