Here is the combined Vern posts, with HP added for the tanks/support:
Offense:
Genji (200 HP)
1.) throws ninjastars, can throw one at one person OR three at three different people.
2.) can deflect attacks back at the person who attacked him
3.) can very very quickly rush attack you with his sword and slice you
ULT - he can slice many people with his sword!! For game dynamics I'm going to speculate this ultimate will deal a large amount of HP from 3 different people of Genji's choice.
McRee (200 HP)
1.) shoots individual bullets at one person OR many bullets at one person
2.) stun someone (roleblock for the night?)
3.) roll away (hider?)
ULT - IT'S HIGH NOOOON!! Shoot many people at once, very powerful. Again, I'm going to assume for game dynamics this will affect 3 people immensely.
Soldier 76 (200 HP)
1.) Shoot one person with bullets
2.) Shoot a rocket at one person (stronger attack)
3.) Heal yourself (and teammates nearby)
4.) Sprint... my guess is that Boc will leave this one out but maybe not. I don't know how Sprint could be a role but person run away from attacks, idk..
ULT - Shoot many people at once, very very strong, again my guess is this will target 3 people.
Pharah (200 HP)
1.) Shoot rocket at someone.
2.) Shoot bounce rocket at someone which will push someone away or push yourself away from an attack. Maybe a roleblock? Or a run away? I dunno what this will be.
3.) She flies... so that's something.
ULT - Shoot a fuck ton of rockets at a lot of people. JUSTICE RAINS FROM ABOVE!!
Reaper (250 HP)
1.) Shoot someone with your shotguns
2.) Become invisible (invulnerable from attacks?)
3.) Teleport.... (bus driver??)
ULT - DIE DIE DIEEEEE!!!!! Attack a lot of people at once.
Tracer (150 HP) weakest character in the game
1.) Speed run like really reallly reallllly fast (up to 3 times). She can attack quickly by doing this.
2.) Turn back time to where she was before. This restores her health to what it was.
ULT - Throw a big bomb that hurts a lot of people.
Defense:
Bastion (300 HP)
1.) Shoot someone, kind of weak
2.) Turn into a turret and shoot someone REALLY hard
3.) Heal yourself
ULT - Turn into a tank literally and shoot multiple people REAAALLLY hard, I will assume 3 people for game dynamics.
Hanzo (200 HP)
1.) Shoot an arrow at someone.
2.) Shoot 3 arrows at 3 different people.
3.) Shoot an arrow that tells you where enemies are nearby... hmmm, watcher or tracker?
ULT - Shoot a HUGE DRAGON ARROW at a lot of people that hurts them a lot.
Junkrat (200 HP)
1.) Shoot a grenade at someone.
2.) Throw a mine at someone (more powerful) - you can also use the mine or yourself which can help you avoid attacks or move faster across the map but I think Boc will not add this to the game?
3.) Plant a trap (this will prevent someone from using their attack I imagine)
ULT - Attack a lot of people (3?) at once with a spinning grenade wheel of death.
Mei (250 HP)
1.) Freeze an opponent, this hurts them too.
2.) Shoot an icicle at an opponent, stronger attack.
3.) Put up an ice wall to block incoming attacks.
4.) Freeze yourself which HEALS you.
ULT - Freeze many people at once and deals damage to them.
Torbjorn (200 HP)
1.) Shoot someone with your little gun.
2.) Build a turret (the turret has two levels and it takes time to buld, lvl 1 and 2 and 2 is much stronger).
3.) Give yourself or an ally armor.
ULT - Your turret becomes supercharged and so do you, both attacks become, as Curtis would say, wicked strong.
Widowmaker (200 HP)
1.) Snipe someone (strong). Chance of missing???
2.) Throw a poison mine at someone killing them slowly for a while.
3.) Shoot someone with your gun (weak).
ULT - You and your allies know where everyone is. It's a radar ultimate. Doesn't help her attack or anything like that so SUCKS FOR YOU WIDOWMAKER.
Tanks:
D'Va (HP 500 or 150)
1.) Shoot someone
2.) Fly quickly
3.) Put up a shield
4.) D'va wears a suit, and the suit blows up but then the girl inside the suit is still alive. She also has a gun...
ULT - HUGE BOMB
Reinhardt (HP 500)
1.) Hit someone w large hammer
2.) Put up shield protecting urself
3.) Charge at someone and it's rly powerful crushing them into a wall lol
4.) Throw a fireball at someone also pretty powerful
ULT - Mega crush a bunch of people with your hammer
Roadhog (HP 600)
1.) Heal yourself
2.) Shoot someone with bullets
3.) Shoot someone with rocket bullets (stronger)
4.) Hook someone, it grabs them and brings them towards you for an easy attack and can stop their ultimate
ULT - Shoot tons of people with a machine gun
Winston (HP 500)
1.) Shoot someone with electricity
2.) Put up a shield to protect urself
3.) Jump reallllllly far at someone
ULT - Become enraged and monkey slap a ton of people.
Zayra (HP 400)
1.) Shoot someone with laser
2.) Rocket someone with stronger laser
3.) Give yourself a shield
4.) Give an ally a shield
ULT - Suck a ton of people up into a little ball making them easy to attack
Support:
Ana (HP 200)
1.) Shoot someone
2.) Heal an ally
3.) Put someone to sleep with a dart
ULT - Make an ally REAAAAAAALLY powerful
Lucio (HP 200)
1.) Wall ride.... idk what this will be

ULT - It makes all your allies really strong for a little bit I think, I don't really use this character so I dunno what Boc is gonna do with him
Mercy (HP 200)
1.) Heal someone (for sure the doctor)
2.) Shoot someone with pistol (actually kinda strong)
3.) Make an allies attack stronger
ULT - Bring people back to life..... will Boc really do this!??!?!
Symmetra (HP 200)
1.) Shoot someone
2.) Shoot someone in a stronger way with a ball orb thing
3.) Put up sentry beams (up to 6) that'll attack people walking past
ULT - Build a teleporter.... hmm
Zenyatta (HP 200)
1.) Attack someone
2.) Make an enemy weaker
3.) Make an ally stronger
ULT - Become invincible and you can't get hurt. I forget if this protects your allies too, I think it might.

You would be killing town then is my guess. Reaper is one of the founding members of Overwatch so he's actually a good guy.
The other founding members are Soldier 76, Torbjorn, Reinhardt, and Ana.
Reaper WAS a founding member of Overwatch but in the time period that the game is in (after Overwatch has come and gone) he joined up with Talon, which is kinda your stereotypical group of baddies. So really he is a bad guy.
But like it was said before, just because he's a baddie doesn't mean he's bad in this.

Hmmm, the power up rules for lynch votes make for an interesting D1 dynamic.

Well, you get 10 points for a lynch vote in general, but if you are on the majority train, then you get +5 if you nail the other team and -5 if you don't. So the game theorist in me says mafia is likely going to push on the train D1 to get the extra power up, given that D1 we're likely to hit a townie, even with an inactive vote. It also discourages townies from going in on a potential townie vote, since they are likely to only get 5 ult points while helping mafia get 15 each.
So the incentive is to not be on the winning lynch right now.
