It all depends on whether Dadd investigated me or not. That's the only reveal I can provide right now (but it will potentially solve the ahoda/dr/dadd investigation mystery, as well as clear brian and redster as town).

Because anyone who is paying attention or, alternatively, has a role cop (hello mafia peoples) would know that I could address the ahoda/dr change, clearing six live people. Blocking Dadd if he was checking me stops that and is a great move.

It does lead me to believe that at least one GLBer is on mafia; somebody who has experience with how I play knows I tend to have an obscure softclaim D1 or D2. And, as I noted specifically yesterday, anyone trying to run a lynch on me should let me *hardclaim* first, the implication being that I already softclaimed sometime earlier. ;)

I believe the following to be town right now:

Dadd: alignment cop (the turning up of role cop is one3 reason to spell out this role as "alignment", something I noted earlier in the game. he could be an elaborate ruse, but I don't think so. I also believe he started out insane until "fixed" by ahoda's energizer role)

Redster- insane cop investigation said guilty, so he is town
brian- insane cop investigation said guilty, so he is town

ahoda- his energizer role seems designed to fix town and I theorize that he fixed dadd and could have fixed badger. there are probably other roles that could be helped. After fixing Dadd, he turned up as "town"
dr- I think her miller claim is true, based on the guilty dadd got. There was no reason for her to come out as miller when she did and the "guilty" on her would be after ahoda "fixed" dadd.

vlady- If my theory above is true, Dadd would have gotten "not guilty" on me last night, if I was his target. Thus confirming all the above.

You know I'm starting to believe dadd is lying. That would explain the strange results, the result on dr, and the result on ahoda. I mean it seems like one of ahoda, dr, dadd has to be lying.

While I am leaning towards believing im317, there is the possibility he is SKIT that activated when Timmah died.

As I said, I'm leaning towards him being vig, but not clearing him in my mind as yet.

Does your role actually say anything about becoming VT when the arsonist is removed or is this an assumption?

This could totally clear IM317 for sure if it does.

If he did track me, then he knew I didn't go anywhere, which is probably why he was leaning town but not sure on me.

I thought it interesting that rose brought up an arsonist pretty early in the game. Vern feeding info to the GF?

This would require that Vern investigate Timmah almost immeditaely and that the mafia then kept timmah around, knowing he could burn them down just as likely as anyone. I'd moren likely suspect that had Vern discovered this, the mafia would have used turning timmah out as bad to gain town cred, rather than pulling that Oracle bullshit.

That is an interesting theory. I only have one problem with it. If Ahoda "fixes" peoples roles, like in the case of dadd, I wouldn't expect him to also grant an additional use. That's 2 things at once and seems very overpowered if true. Unless you are meaning the fix only applies that night and then goes away?

I don't think that it is overpowered:

1) There are a limited number of "weak" roles that Wikey included, so Ahoda needs to hit the appropriate folks. It also causes confusion, as happened with Dadd's results- why else would Canuck show up guilty (when we know him to be innocent and thus a insane cop result) but the claimed miller also show up as "guilty" (which is what a regular cop would get) and ahoda shows up as "not guilty" (which is what a regular cop would get). Again, this would have been answered if Dadd had been able to investigate me, but he couldn't.

2) One possibility is that it is temporary, in which case dadd would need to be enhanced every night to stay "not insane". This would also have been determined if he investigated me.

The fact that he was blcoked would mean mafia doesn't want to resolve the question. The other big possibility is that Dadd is pulling one over on us, though I still think the fact he had "alignment cop" as his claim and the fact that it would take a pretty elaborate scheme to pull that all off makes it far less likely.
