I think the question we have to ask ourselves is how will this effect Wikey's economy? And will he stop receiving so many immigrants?

Well, the results are in and...it's a resounding victory for yes.
This is an unexpected and shocking result. I will be resigning from my position as Wikey immediately. I do not think I am the person to lead Wikey after this decision. I will stick around for three months to sort everything out before I leave my post. It will be up to my successor to invoke Article 69 and begin the process of leaving FE.
