This is great!

I've been playing through my Soul Silver, but instead of Nuzlocke, I'm doing a water type run. I started with Totodile and it evolved right after the first badge. I've been looking for a Wooper for the longest time because I need his ground dual type for electric types, but I can't find one. =(

I've always liked the Nosepass/Probopass evolution line because they are just so ridiculous. A rock with a giant nose and it evolves into a bigger rock that looks like he's wearing that glasses/mustache disguise kit.

Not to mention it can learn electric attacks!! =D

Oh no trust me, I know.

But if you're going with competitive play, there are far better tanks and useful Pokemon besides Quagsire. =P
If you can egg move wish onto an Eevee and evolve it into Vaporeon, that thing can get quite annoying with Protect, Wish, a heavy water attack, and an ice attack.

That's just water though. The tank I use is either Blissey or Shuckle, actually! =P My move sets on them are pretty annoying.

Mareep is a keeper. Ampharos is the best special attacker in the game and one of the only good electric types. Plus, you can teach it fire punch with a TM and he can be pretty beastly.

And so everyone knows, I brought my DS to chapel and the first Poke I found was Wooper...then I killed it because my Croconaw is lvl 18 and Wooper was level 6. Then I found another and I just used a pokeball right away and caught it. YAY! =D

And just a side note-- that Togepi sucks. The one that hatches in Soul Silver/Heart Gold is so much better! It knows Extrasensory!!

No way!!! I don't cheer for anyone!!! >:(

Plus, Jumpluff sucks! The only good stat he has is speed and it doesn't even make up for the rest...I'll pass!

Mah crew, except I have usually Graveler instead of Pidgeotto, but he's the only pokemon I have that can fly until I get Dragonite. I like those picks except Weepinbell. I did use one once in a game against the Elite Four but meh. I spent an hour playing my game this morning them the cartridge got knocked slightly and the game froze and I raged. Right now I have a Wailmer, Blaziken, Crobat, Swellow, Vigoroth and Vibrava. Looking to lose the swellow and get a duskull.

My recent play through of Gold I went for Weepinbell...worst decision of my life!! You have to evolve him with a stone that you don't even get until towards the end of the game. Not to mention his stats are trash!

And I like your team! WAILMER!!!!!! And Crobat is so underrated, but I know we spent a lot of time talking about this. Flygon is undoubtedly my favorite Pokemon from that generation. But Salamence is a beast if you're going for a dragon type.

Yeah that's the only reason I'd choose gameboy/ds over an emulator when playing a game like Pokemon. But the emulators are convenient. I play it whenever I'm bored and I usually sweep through games pretty fast...it's nice.
