Some of these ingredients are still good, but it depends on the sandwich I get. But I pretty much get this sandwich every time I go to Subway

Bread and/or Toasted Bread
Mayo
Mustard
Meat (any type of meat)
Lettuce
Cheese (any typed)
Pickle
Olives
Jalapenos
