I wanted to see if anyone else claimed Zone 3 first and see what you'd do, but looking back I should have just not said anything about tracking you in the first place.

I had this thought too, but Josh said something a couple days ago that made me write him off. I can no longer remember what it was. I'm pretty useless.

Maddie do any remaining characters make sense for starting the game off with armor?

Katniss had special body armor in Mockingjay, but that wasn't in the arena so it seems irrelevant. Only one it makes sense for is Cato and I'm pretty sure he was Mittens.

Could potentially be adapted to Peeta's camouflage in this game but I don't know how much sense that makes.
