I'm guessing they didn't sign that mortgage within the past 20 years then. |

I would consider buying, but the thought of putting roots down in DC terrifies me. So apparently I'd rather pay $1,800/month + utilities and have nothing to show for it. | "All this from a slice of gabagool?" |
